These terms apply when you buy and watch a film on vibezstream.com, operated by CJ3 Entertainment. Buying a viewing means you accept them.
Last updated 14 September 2026
You are buying one viewing of one film. You are not buying the film itself, a subscription, or a permanent copy.
Your viewing has no time limit. It stays in your account until you have watched the film through, however long that takes. Pause it, come back next week, finish it then.
A viewing is used up when you have watched the film through to its end. At that point it closes and cannot be replayed. If you want to watch again, you buy another viewing.
Skipping ahead does not use up your viewing. We measure the parts of the film you have actually played, not where the slider happens to be.
A single viewing can be played on up to two devices. Signing in on a third will be refused.
Opening the page costs you nothing — a device only counts once you start playing. If you change phone, clear your browser data, or genuinely run out of devices, write to us and we can release them for you.
Your viewings belong to your account, not to a link or a browser, so they follow you to any device you sign in from. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — anyone who has them can watch what you have bought.
Payments are handled by Paystack. We accept M-Pesa and card. Prices are shown before you pay, in Kenya shillings for customers in Kenya and in US dollars elsewhere.
Your viewing opens as soon as the payment clears, usually within a minute. If a payment does not complete, no viewing is created and you are not charged for one.
You can write a review once you have bought the film and started watching it. Reviews are checked before they appear, and we may decline to publish one. The name shown is the name from your sign-in provider or the username you chose.
Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that reveals someone else's private information. Reviews are linked to your account.
The film and everything on this site remain the property of their rights holders. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to watch — nothing more.
We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If a fault on our side prevents you using a viewing you have paid for, write to support@vibezstream.com and we will put it right.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@vibezstream.com. Almost every problem is resolved that way. If we cannot settle a dispute between ourselves, the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction to hear it.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have as a consumer under Kenyan law that cannot be limited by agreement.
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Viewings already bought keep the terms that applied when you bought them.
