Vibez Stream is operated by CJ3 Entertainment. This notice explains what we collect when you buy and watch a film, why we hold it, who else sees it, what we do with information from Google if you sign in that way, and what you can ask us to do about it.

CJ3 Entertainment, Kenya, is the data controller for information collected through vibezstream.com. You can reach us at support@vibezstream.com for anything in this notice.
When you register with an email address and password, we store that email address and the username you choose. Your password is handled by our sign-in service and is never stored by the application. We record whether your email address has been verified.
We need this to know whose film is whose, and to send you your viewing link when you pay.
We store a record of each order: the film, the amount, the currency, the payment method you used, the fees charged, when it cleared, and the reference our payment provider gave it. We keep the full response our payment provider sends us so that any dispute can be settled against a complete record.
We never see or store your card number, PIN, or M-Pesa credentials. Those go directly to Paystack and never reach our servers.
While you watch, we record how far through the film you have reached and which parts of it you have played. This is what lets you resume where you left off, and it is how we determine that a viewing has been used.
We also store an identifier generated by your browser, so that a single purchase can be limited to two devices. That identifier is stored as a one-way hash — we keep a fingerprint of it, not the value itself. We record the browser and operating system your device reports.
If you write a review we store what you wrote, your rating, and a link to your account. The name shown publicly is the name from your sign-in provider, or the username you chose — never your email address. Reviews are checked before they appear.
You can sign in with your Google account instead of creating a password. If you do, this is exactly what happens with the information Google provides.
We request your basic profile through Google's sign-in: your name, your email address, and your profile picture. That is the full extent of the access we request. We do not ask for, and cannot reach, your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, Photos, or any other Google service.
We keep your name and email address in your account record, alongside the note that your email address was verified by Google. We do not store Google access tokens after sign-in completes, and we hold no other Google data about you.
We do not share Google user data with anyone outside CJ3 Entertainment and the service providers named below. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond running your account and delivering the film you paid for. We do not send Google anything about what you watch.
You can remove Vibez Stream's access at any time from your Google Account, under Security → Third-party apps with account access. Doing so stops future Google sign-ins; your Vibez Stream account and any films you have bought remain, and you can still sign in with your email address and a password.
If we ever change how we use information from Google, we will update this notice and tell you before the change takes effect.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your account, order and viewing records are kept for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to close your account, we delete them, except for payment records, which we keep for the period Kenyan tax and accounting law requires and then delete.
Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you have rights over the information we hold about you, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to ask us to delete it. To make a request, write to support@vibezstream.com from the email address on your account, so that we can be sure the request is yours. We will respond within the time the Act allows.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya.
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Films are encrypted and the key that decrypts them is released only to a signed-in customer with a valid purchase. Passwords are handled by our identity provider and are never stored by the application.
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date above. Changes to how we use information from Google are told to you before they take effect.
